Fan Avaran Borna’s Patented System is designed to achieve uniform tension across the slit strips during the slitting process. The tensioning systems are designed in diverse configurations to be compatible with sensitive surfaces (such as aluminum, stainless steel, and color-coated steel) as well as heavy-gauge industrial sheets. Fan Avaran Borna’s proprietary NFTS (Non-Friction Tensioning System), by applying controlled torque to differential shafts, enables the recoiling of ultra-thin and sensitive strips with perfectly uniform tension, free from fluctuations or shocks. Eliminating direct physical friction not only substantially extends component lifespan and reduces maintenance costs but also guarantees the final quality of the wound coils, particularly at the edges. By enhancing operational stability at high speeds, this technology improves the overall efficiency of the production line.
