MTSP–WFE (Molecular Thin–Film Short Path Evaporation) technology is a new generation of used oil refining and recycling systems that utilizes thin-film evaporation technology to elevate base oil purity to the level of global standards. With a specialized design and short evaporation path, this system is capable of increasing product yield by up to 10% over conventional methods, while simultaneously minimizing energy consumption, environmental pollution, and waste. The MTSP–WFE process is completely acid-free, solvent-free, and acid-sludge-free; consequently, no hazardous waste is generated. The output distillation residue is also utilized as a by-product in bitumen manufacturing and asphalt modification industries. This technology is compatible with various types of used oils, including engine, hydraulic, turbine, and transformer oils, and delivers stable and continuous operation.

The following prerequisites and economic estimates have been calculated for the commissioning and operation of these lines: ●Energy Infrastructure: Requires 400 kW electric power capacity. ●Water Resources: Daily water intake of approximately 70 cubic meters. ●Physical Space: Total land of 5,000 to 20,000 square meters (depending on the model), including 250 to 700 square meters of covered area (production shed). ●Manpower: 10 to 15 direct personnel. ●Processing Costs: ◦Processing cost per cubic meter of oil: $15 to $30. ◦Production cost per liter of base oil: Approximately 12,000 to 15,000 Rials.
